1、检查性维护保养：
1. Inspection and maintenance:
（1）基于设备运行情况和客户需求，有计划地进行各类常规检查；

（2）现场指导业主的操作人员，讲解涉及机组运行、保养的实用技术；

2、预防性维护保养：
2. Preventive maintenance:
（1）包括检查性维护保养提供的内容；

（2）按照厂家的推荐进行必要的预防性保养；
(2) Carry out necessary preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer's recommendations;
（3）预防性保养包括清洗换热器铜管，分析和更换冷冻机油、油滤芯、干燥过滤器等。
